Attached please find the proceedings
covering the City Council'
s public hearing on the
proposed Development Agreement with Park 3, LLC, followed by a resolution approving the
Agreement and pledging certain incremental property tax revenues to the payment of the
Agreement.
A copy of the Resolution must be filed with the Johnson County Auditor. Please print an
extra copy for that purpose.
We would appreciate receiving one fully executed copy of these proceedings and of the
executed Development Agreement as soon as they are available.
