Tiffin / 42 NHL 436989- / PROCEEDINGS TO SET DATE FOR HEARING AND LETTING 42 436989- ( NHL) Tiffin, Iowa March 10, 2025 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met at the City Ha11 Council Chambers, Tiffin, Iowa, on March clock p. 10, 2025, at 12 o' m. The Mayor Pro- Tem presided and the roll being called, the following named Council Members were present and absent: Present: Havens, Orris, Olney, Limkemann, Schnedler. Absent: None. The City Council took up and considered the proposed Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project. Council Member Limkemann introduced the resolution next hereinafter set out and moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Olney. After due consideration thereof by the Council, the Mayor put the question upon the adoption of the said resolution and the roll being called, the following named Council Members voted: Ayes: Orris, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens.
