MINUTES TO AUTHORIZE PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT FOR SALE OF BONDS 436989-32 Tiffin, Iowa January 19, 2021 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on January 19, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, in the City. The City Council met electronically via Microsoft Teams, which was accessible at the following: If anyone would like to make a comment or address the City Council but is unable to attend the Council Meeting, you can do so by telephone by calling 319-545-2572 ext. 0 at 7:00 p.m. The City Council is conducting this meeting electronically due to federal and state government recommendations in response to COVID-19 pandemic conditions. Electronic access information was included in the posted agenda of this public meeting. The Mayor presided and the roll was called showing the following members of the City Council present and absent: Present: Bartels, Schnedler, Limkemann, Olney, Havens Absent: None After due consideration and discussion, Council Member Limkemann introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Bartels. The Mayor put the question upon the adoption of said resolution, and the roll being called, the following Council Members voted: Ayes: Limkemann, Olney, Bartels, Havens, Schnedler Nays: None Whereupon, the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted, as hereinafter set out.
