SET DATE FOR HEARING ON URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AMENDMENT 436989-30 Tiffin, Iowa December 1, 2020 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on December 1, 2020, at 7:00 o’clock, p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, in the City, for the purpose of setting a date for a public hearing on a proposed urban renewal plan amendment. The meeting could alternatively be accessed electronically via Microsoft Teams, which was accessible at the following: If anyone would like to make a comment or address the City Council but is unable to attend the Council Meeting, you can do so by telephone by calling 319-545-2572 ext. 0 at 7:00 p.m. The City Council offered attendance to this meeting electronically due to federal and state government recommendations in response to COVID-19 pandemic conditions. Electronic access information was included in the posted agenda of this public meeting. The Mayor presided and the roll being called, the following members of the Council were present and absent: Present: Schnedler, Bartels, Olney, Limkemann, Havens Absent: None The Mayor announced that an amendment to the urban renewal plan for the Tiffin Urban Renewal Area had been prepared, and that it was now necessary to set a date for a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the urban renewal plan. Accordingly, Council Member Limkemann moved the adoption of the following resolution entitled “Resolution Setting Date for Public Hearing on Urban Renewal Plan Amendment,” and the motion was seconded by Council Member Onley. Following due consideration, the Mayor put the question on the motion and the roll being called, the following named Council Members voted: Ayes: Olney, Schnedler, Havens, Limkemann, Bartels Nays: None Whereupon, the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted as follows:
