CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2020-085 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is currently an open position on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and, Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements, Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Oladapo 'DJ' Oguntoyinbo to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. On this 3rd day of November, 2020, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION 2020-085, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Olney. Ayes: Havens, Olney, Schnedler, Bartels, Limkemann Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-085, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
