RESOLUTION NO. 2020-083 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2020 TIFFIN ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT Whereas, on the 5th day of October 2020, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were filed with the City of Tiffin for the 2020 Tiffin Roundabout Gateway Signage Project; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were published as required by law, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the 2020 Tiffin Roundabout Gateway Signage Project be approved with the approval of this resolution. On the 3rd day of November 2020, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-083, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2020 TIFFIN ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann. Ayes: Bartels, Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2020-083, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2020 TIFFIN ROUNDABOUT GATEWAY SIGNAGE PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
