RESOLUTION NO. 2020-065 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT WITH THE TIFFIN FIRE ASSOCIATION FOR FIRE, RESCUE AND EMS SERVICES Whereas, The City of Tiffin desires to enter into an Agreement and Contract with the Tiffin Fire Association that would provide Fire, Rescue and EMS services; and, Whereas, attached is an annual agreement with the Tiffin Fire Association for those services, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the attached Fire, Rescue and EMS Agreement and Contract. On the 4th day of August, 2020, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-065, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT WITH THE TIFFIN FIRE ASSOCIATION FOR FIRE, RESCUE AND EMS SERVICES and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Olney. Ayes: Schnedler, Havens, Olney, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-065, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT WITH THE TIFFIN FIRE ASSOCIATION FOR FIRE, RESCUE AND EMS SERVICES to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
