RESOLUTION NO. 2020-054 A RESOLUTION FOR THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE STORMWATER REHABILITATION PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA – CONTRACTOR – TRIPLE B CONSTRUCTION Whereas, On June 9, 2020, the Project Engineer states the project construction was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the City of Tiffin; and, Whereas, the Stormwater Rehabilitation Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the Stormwater Rehabilitation Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin, Iowa. On the 16th day of June, 2020, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-054, A RESOLUTION FOR THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE STORMWATER REHABILITATION PROECT, TIFFIN, IOWA – CONTRACTOR – TRIPLE B CONSTRUCTION and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Havens, Olney, Bartels, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2020-054, A RESOLUTION FOR THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE STORMWATER REHABILITATION PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA – CONTRACTOR – TRIPLE B CONSTRUCTION to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
