RESOLUTIONNO.2020-016 ARESOLUTIONTOAPPROVEMINORMODIFICATIONSTOTHEPADPLANSFOR LOT63,PRAIRIEWESTADDITION, TIFFIN,IOWA Whereas,theDeveloper ofPrairie West Addition hasproposed tomake minor changes tothePAD Plans forLot63;and, Whereas,OPD .07,subsection K,ofOrdinance 2017- and, Whereas,theminor modifications areattached tothisresolution; and, Whereas,theattached minor modifications have been reviewed byCity Staff, Hart- Frederick Consultants andPlanning & Zoning atitsFebruary meeting; and, Whereas,thePlanning & Zoning Commission isrecommending approval, Now,thereforebeitresolved bytheCityCouncil oftheCity ofTiffin, Iowa toapprove theminor modifications tothePAD Plans forLot63,Prairie West Addition, Tiffin, Iowa. Onthe10 thdayofMarch, 2020, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2020-016,A RESOLUTIONTOAPPROVEMINORMODIFICATIONSTOTHEPADPLANSFOR LOT63,PRAIRIEWESTADDITION, TIFFIN, IOWAandmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Schnedler, Walls, Havens, Olney, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared that RESOLUTIONNO.2020-016,ARESOLUTIONTOAPPROVEMINOR MODIFICATIONSTOTHEPADPLANSFORLOT63,PRAIRIEWESTADDITION, TIFFIN,IOWAtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his signature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe10day ofMarch, 2020.
