DocuSign Envelope ID: 3EAC5E60- 3F90- 4797- B663- FDDC87A6DA98 RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 001 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN' S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to review its major projects per its Capital Improvements Plan, and; Whereas, the City Council recognizes the fact that it will need to update the Plan as projects or timelines change; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the attached updated Capital Improvements Plan. 7th On the day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 001, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN' S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Olney. Ayes: Bartels, Havens, Olney, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: Walls Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 001, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN' S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 7th Passed by the City Council on the day of January, 2020.
