RESOLUTION N0. O RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE 2018 Interstate Watermain Relocation Project- Tiffin, Iowa CONTRACTOR— DAVE SCHMITT CONSTRUCTION. WHEREAS, On June 6, 2019, the Project Engineer states the Project construction was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the City of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment be made to the Contractor. WHEREAS, the 2018 Interstate Watermain Relocation Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin.
