Discussion and Consideration of Approval of State Revolving Fund (SRF) Reimbursement Request #1 – Water Treatment Facility Upgrade Project – Motion to Approve

AGENDA ITEM # K-2 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: January 30, 2026 AGENDA ITEM: Motion for Approval – SRF Reimbursement #1 ACTION: Discussion Purpose To authorize approval of the City’s first State Revolving Fund (SRF) reimbursement request for eligible expenses related to the Water Treatment Facility Upgrade project. Background The City is utilizing an SRF loan to fund construction and engineering costs associated with the Water Treatment Facility Upgrade. Reimbursement Request #1 includes previously paid, eligible expenses for construction services provided by Tricon and engineering services provided by MSA. This request represents the initial draw on the SRF loan. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends approval of SRF Reimbursement Request #1 in the amount of $2,041,199.32, as the expenses are eligible, documented, and in accordance with the SRF loan agreement.
