DocuSign Envelope ID: 5CBDAECA- 4C75- 47C8- 824E- 87AC5278D618 RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 080 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 IMPROVEMENTS — FOREVERGREEN ROAD PROJECT 13th Whereas, on the day of June 2019, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were filed with the City of Tiffin for the 2019 Improvements — Forevergreen Road Project; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were published as required by law, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the 2019 Improvements — Forevergreen Road Project be approved with the approval of this resolution. 18th On the day of June 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 080, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 IMPROVEMENTS — FOREVERGREEN ROAD PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 080, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 IMPROVMENTS — FOREVERGREEN ROAD PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 18th Passed by the City Council on the day of June, 2019.
