RESOLUTION NO. 2019-076 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE MINOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE OPD PLANS FOR LOT 59, PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the Developer of Prairie Village – Part 1 has proposed to make minor changes to the OPD Plans for Lot 59; and, Whereas, OPD .07, subsection K, of Ordinance 2017-393 allows for ‘Modifications to Plans Prior to Completion of Initial Construction’ to be approved by the City Council; and, Whereas, the minor modifications are attached to this resolution; and, Whereas, the attached minor modifications have been reviewed by City Staff and the City Engineer and recommend approval, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the minor modifications to the OPD Plans for Lot 59, Prairie Village – Part 1, Tiffin, Iowa. On the 4th day of June, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-076, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE MINOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE OPD PLANS FOR LOT 59, PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-076, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE MINOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE OPD PLANS FOR LOT 59, PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
