RESOLUTION NO. 2019-054 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 INTERSTATE BOX CULVERT AND GRADING PROJECT Whereas, on the 6th day of May 2019, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were filed with the City of Tiffin for the 2019 Interstate Box Culvert and Grading Project; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were published as required by law; and, Whereas, this project is a pass-through expense for the City of Tiffin to be reimbursed by the Iowa Department of Transportation. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the 2019 Interstate Box Culvert and Grading Project be approved with the approval of this resolution. On the 7th day of May 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-054, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 INTERSTATE BOX CULVERT AND GRADING PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Upton, Ryan, Havens, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-054, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 INTERSTATE BOX CULVERT AND GRADING PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
