RESOLUTION NO. 2019-052 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE SOCCER FIELD PARKING LOT EXTENSION PROJECT Whereas, on the 2nd day of May 2019, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were filed with the City of Tiffin for the Soccer Field Parking Lot Extension Project; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were published as required by law, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Soccer Field Parking Lot Extension Project be approved with the approval of this resolution. On the 7th day of May 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-052, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE SOCCER FIELD PARKING LOT EXTENSION PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Ryan, Havens, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-052, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE SOCCER FIELD PARKING LOT EXTENSION PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
