RESOLUTION NO. 2019-038 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 PARK ROAD PAVING PROJECT Whereas, on the 11th day of April 2019, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were filed with the City of Tiffin for the 2019 Park Road Paving Project; and, Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost were published as required by law, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Storm Water Rehabilitation Projects be approved with the approval of this resolution. On the 16th day of April 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-038, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 PARK ROAD PAVING PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-038, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2019 PARK ROAD PAVING PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
