RESOLUTION NO. 2019-024 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC. REGARDING PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 2, TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, MMS Consultants, Inc., on behalf of Iowa Development Group, Inc., has filed with the City of Tiffin a preliminary plat for Prairie Village – Part 2, a subdivision to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on attached Exhibit “A”, hereby incorporated, and; Whereas, Resolution 2019-023 was approved by City Council on March 19, 2019, approving the preliminary plat for said development, and; Whereas, the Developer’s Agreement will include any and all particulars to the approved preliminary plat for Prairie Village – Part 2, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Developer’s Agreement is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement. On the 19th day of March, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-024, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC. REGARDING PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 2, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Havens, Upton, Schnedler, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-024, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC. REGARDING PRAIRIE VILLAGE – PART 2, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. Passed by the City Council on the 19th day of March, 2019.
