RESOLUTION NO. 2019-005 A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADD THIRD STORY APARTMENTS TO THE C-1S ZONING DISTRICT Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for a Public Hearing to potentially add third story apartments to the C-1S zoning district. Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed the C-1S ordinance and has recommended the addition of the third story apartments to the district at its December 19, 2018, meeting (attached). Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the date for the Public Hearing is set for January 22, 2019, to discuss adding third story apartments to the C-1S zoning district. On the 8th day of January, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-005, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADD THIRD STORY APARTMENTS TO THE C-1S ZONING DISTRICT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-005, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADD THIRD STORY APARTMENTS TO THE C-1S ZONING DISTRICT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
