RESOLUTION NO. 2018-110 A RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF 210 RAILROAD STREET, TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the City of Tiffin received an offer for a vacated parcel of ground located immediately north of 210 Railroad Street; and, Whereas, the offer received was in the amount of $100; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date on December 4, 2018, for the disposal of public property located at immediately north 210 Railroad Street and legally described as all of the south half (S ½) of the alley adjacent and contiguous to Lot 9, Block 2, Original Town of Tiffin, Iowa. On the 20th day of November, 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2018-110, A RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF 210 RAILROAD STREET, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan Nays: None Absent: Schnedler Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2018-110, RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF 210 RAILROAD STREET, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
