Motion seconded byCouncilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Bartels, Havens, Schnedler, Upton. Nays: None. Absent: Ryan Whereupon fourCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatthe RESOLUTIONNO.2018-107,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE CAPITALIMPROVEMENTPLANTO INCLUDETHEFOREVERGREENROADCONSTRUCTIONPROJECT tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofNovember, 2018.
