Section1. Emergency Fund totheGeneral Fund: a.TransferOrder: $115,970.04 from the Emergency Fund totheGeneral Fund formonies levied inpastbudgets. Section2. Capital Project Funds Disbursement: a. TransferOrder: $313,289.72 from the Capital Project Fund split 50%to Water andSewer Funds. Funds were receipted intoFund 301forthe Clear Creek Amana School Water/Sewer/LiftStation project. b. Transfer Order: $1,563,840.81 fortheCapital Project forIreland Avenue Relocation Project Section3. TaxIncrement Finance Fund tothefollowing breakdown: a. TransferOrder: $1,015,065.12from theTIFFund totransfer tothe following Capital Project Funds forreimbursement. 373,630.09fortheCapital Project fortheBallfield Improvement Project 165,458.12fortheCapital Project forPark Road Paving Project 179,522.95fortheCapital Project fortheLandSwap 21,492.40 fortheCapital Project fortheIndustrial ParkWatermain Extension 263,429.41fortheCapital Project fortheMaster City Parks Project 11,532.15fortheCapital Project fortheCity Pond Improvement Project Now,thereforebeitresolved bytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, thattheCity Clerk isdirected tomake these recommended transfers.
