Onthe2 nddayofOctober, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2018-098,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGALLIANTENERGYTOINSTALLSTREETLIGHTSONBOTHTHE EASTANDWESTENDSOFTHEALLEYLOCATEDBETWEENRAIILROAD STREETANDSECONDSTREETANDBETWEENGRANTSTREETANDMAIN STREETONEXISTINGPOLESANDFORTHECITYOFTIFFINTOACCEPT FINANCIALRESPONSIBILITY THEREOF andmade amotion forapproval.
