RESOLUTION NO. 2018-093 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE BID FORM, BID DATE AND SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO SELL PUBLIC PROPERTY LOCATED AT 210 RAILROAD STREET IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes the past purchase and removal of the structure at 210 Railroad Street; and, Whereas, The City now wishes to sell the vacant parcel, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the bid form, bit date and setting a public hearing date on October 2, 2018, to award the bid for the sale of public property located at 210 Railroad Street. On the 18th day of September, 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2018-093, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE BID FORM, BID DATE AND SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO SELL PUBLIC PROPERTY LOCATED AT 210 RAILROAD STREET IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Schnedler, Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-093, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE BID FORM, BID DATE AND SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO SELL PUBLIC PROPERTY LOCATED AT 210 RAILROAD STREET IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
