RESOLUTION NO. 2018-091 A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOT 10 PRAIRIE WEST FROM C-1B TO R-6 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing to Rezone Lot 10 Prairie West from C-1B to R-6 in the City of Tiffin, Iowa. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the date for the Public Hearing is set for October 2, 2018, to discuss the Rezoning of Lot 10 Prairie West from C-1B to R-6. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning at its September, 2018 meeting. On the 18th day of September, 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2018-091, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOT 10 PRAIRIE WEST FROM C-1B TO R-6 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Schnedler, Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-091, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOT 10 PRAIRIE WEST FROM C-1B TO R-6 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
