Ayes: Schnedler, Ryan, Havens, Upton, Bartels Nays:None Absent:None Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTIONNO.2018-084,ARESOLUTIONFORFINAL ACCEPTANCEOFTHE21INCHSANITARYSEWERLINEPROJECT, SHARED WITHIOWADEVELOPMENTGROUP,LLC.
