RESOLUTION NO. 2018-076 A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR GROVE PARK AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY CONCEPT, SITE DISTRICT AND REZONING Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing for Grove Park as a Planned Development Overlay Concept and Site District in the City of Tiffin, Iowa. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the date for the Public Hearing is set for August 7, 2018, to discuss the Grove Park Planned Development Overlay Concept, Site District and Rezoning. On the 17th day of July, 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2018-076, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR GROVE PARK AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY CONCEPT, SITE DISTRICT AND REZONING and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Upton, Schnedler, Havens, Bartels Nays: None Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-076, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR GROVE PARK AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY CONCEPT, SITE DISTRICT AND REZONING to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
