Motion seconded byCouncilperson Upton. Ayes: Havens, Upton, Ryan, Bartels, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2018-047,ARESOLUTIONTOAWARDBIDFOR THEIRELANDAVENUE/HIGHWAY6TRAFFICSIGNALPROJECTtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe15 dayofMay2018.
