RESOLUTION NO. 2018-041 A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE ANDERSEN ADDITION IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes a request from Cedar Development to rezone Andersen Addition, Tiffin, Iowa, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date of May 1, 2018, to discuss the Rezoning of Andersen Addition. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning on a 2-1 vote at its April 11, 2018 meeting. The recommendation came with one recommended change which was to add an additional buffering zone at the south end of the exhibit as presented (and attached) at the October 2017 Planning & Zoning Meeting. On the 17th day of April, 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2018-041, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE ANDERSEN ADDITION IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Havens, Bartels, Ryan, Upton, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-041, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE ANDERSEN ADDITION IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
