The greement anddonow approve theAgreement asprinted andauthorize theMayor andCityClerk toenter into anagreement withGCHoldings LLCtofullyexecute thedocument. rd Onthe3dayofApril, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introducedRESOLUTIONNO.2018-028,ARESOLUTION AUTHORIZINGTHEENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTFOR COMMERCIALOPDSITEPLAN, AGREEMENT andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Schnedler, Havens, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: Ryan Whereupon Four Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2018-028,ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHE ENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTFORH, tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. rd Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe3dayofApril, 2018.
