DocuSignEnvelopeID:70B91ECB-8FDA-4143-AFF7-1CCF5D601B13 RESOLUTIONNO.2018-027 ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHESITEPLANFOR SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN,IOWA Whereas, MMSConsultants, GCHoldings, LLC,hasfiledwiththeCityofTiffina siteplanforLot1, totheCity incorporated, and; Whereas theTiffinPlanning & ZoningCommission hasreviewedandapprovedthepreliminary platand siteplanona4-1voteatitsFebruary14th Planning & ZoningmeetingaspartoftheOPDprocessand; WHEREAS,TheTiffinFireChiefhasreviewed andgivenhisrecommendations forthepreliminary plat andsiteplan,and; WHEREAS CityEngineer, HartFrederick, hasgiventheirreviewandcomments ofsaidsiteplanand subjecttocertainrevisions, providedhoweverthatnoimprovements shallbeconstructed orinstalled withouthiswrittenapproval, whichmaybewithhelduntilsuchtimeasallnecessary permitshavebeen issuedfromthestateandfederalagencies; and Now, therefore beitresolvedbytheCityCounciloftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, thattheSitePlanforLot1, sherebyapproved; andfurtherthattheMayorandCityClerkarehereby authorized anddirectedtoexecuteallrelatedlegaldocuments, andthattheCityshallproperly recordthis Resolution 2018-027andifnecessary asperinstructions ofCityAttorney, theSub-DividersAgreement is nottobeincludedwiththisresolution. rd Onthe3dayofApril, 2018, ataregularmeetingoftheTiffinCityCouncil, Tiffin,Iowa, Councilperson HavensintroducedRESOLUTION NO. 2018-027, ARESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR TIFFIN, IOWA,andmadeamotionforapproval. Absent: Ryan Whereupon FourCouncilmembers werepresentandvotedapprovalandMayorBernerdeclaredthat RESOLUTION NO. 2018-027, ARESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR FIRST SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN, IOWA,tobeadoptedandsignifiedhisapprovalofthesamebyaffixinghis signaturethereto.
