RESOLUTION NO. 2018-025 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLOSURE OF SOUTH PARK ROAD ON SUNDAY, MAY 6, 2018, FOR THE CORRIDOR SPRING MARKET EVENT AT BELLA SALA Whereas, it has been requested of the City of Tiffin to temporarily close South Park Road for the Spring Market Event at Bella Sala, and; Whereas, the Event will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to allow South Park Road to be closed on Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., for the Spring Market Event at Bella Sala. On the 3rd day of April, 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2018-025, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLOSURE OF SOUTH PARK ROAD ON SUNDAY, MAY 6, 2018, FOR THE CORRIDOR SPRING MARKET EVENT AT BELLA SALA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Schnedler, Havens, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: Ryan Whereupon Four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-025, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLOSURE OF SOUTH PARK ROAD ON SUNDAY, MAY 6, 2018, FOR THE CORRIDOR SPRING MARKET EVENT AT BELLA SALA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
