RESOLUTION NO. 2017-130 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE TIFFIN INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 17, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, IN JOHNSON COUNTY Whereas, Spencer Construction, the DEVELOPER, has filed with the City Clerk a Site Plan dated December 5, 2017, for the Tiffin Industrial Park Lot 17 in the City of Tiffin, Iowa; and, Whereas, the DEVELOPER presented the Site Plan to the Tiffin Planning & Zoning Commission during their December 13, 2017 meeting; and Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended approval during said meeting contingent upon the City Engineer’s and Building Official’s comments and approval, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that said site plan for Tiffin Industrial Park Lot 17 is hereby approved. On the 19th day of December 2017, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2017-130, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE TIFFIN INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 17, TIFFIN, IOWA, IN JOHNSON COUNTY, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler Nays: Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2017-130, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE TIFFIN INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 17, TIFFIN, IOWA, IN JOHNSON COUNTY to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
