The meeting was called toorder bytheMayor, and therollbeing called, thefollowing named Council Members were present andabsent: Present: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Absent: None. This being thetime andplace specified fortaking action ontheproposal toenter into an Essential Purpose Loan Agreement andtoborrow money thereunder inaprincipal amount notto exceed $4,650,000, theCity Clerk announced that nowritten objections hadbeen placed onfile. Whereupon, theMayor called foranywritten ororal objections, andthere being none, theMayor declared thepublic hearing closed. After dueconsideration and discussion, Council Member Ryan introduced theresolution nexthereinafter setoutand moved itsadoption, seconded byCouncil Member Kahler. The Mayor putthequestion upon theadoption ofsaid resolution, and theroll being called, the following Council Members voted: Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None.
