DocuSignEnvelopeID:6F7DD1B9-06C8-4037-8CC0-FCC163C74D19 RESOLUTIONNO.2017-066 ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHEPRELIMINARYPLATANDSITEPLANFOR CENTRALPARKCONDOMINIUMSASAPLANNEDDEVELOPMENTOVERLAY DISTRICT, TIFFIN,IOWA Whereas,MMS Consultants, onbehalf ofHochstedler Building & Development, has filedwiththeCityofTiffin a preliminary platandsiteplan forCentral Park Condominiums, aPlanned Development Overlay District (OPD) totheCityofTiffin, Whereas theTiffin Planning & Zoning Commission hasreviewed andapproved the preliminary platandsiteplan onaunanimous voteatitsJune Planning & Zoning meeting, and; WHEREAS,TheTiffin FireChief hasreviewed andgiven hisrecommendations forthe preliminary platandsiteplan, and; WHEREAS CityEngineer, HartFrederick, hasgiven their review andcomments ofsaid preliminary platandsiteplan andsubject tocertain revisions, provided however thatno improvements shall beconstructed orinstalled without hiswritten approval, which may bewithheld until suchtime asallnecessary permits have been issued from thestate andfederal agencies; and Now,thereforebeitresolvedbytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa, that the Preliminary PlatandSitePlan forCentral Park Condominiums, aPlanned Development Overlay District, ishereby approved; andfurther thattheMayor andCity Administrator/Clerk arehereby authorized anddirected toexecute allrelated legal documents, andthattheCityshall properly record thisResolution 2017-066and if necessary asperinstructions ofCity Attorney, theSub-Dividers Agreement isnottobe included withthisresolution. th Onthe15 dayofAugust, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson RyanintroducedRESOLUTIONNO.2017-066,ARESOLUTION APPROVINGTHEPRELIMINARYPLATANDSITEPLANFORCENTRALPARK CONDOMINIUMSASAPLANNEDDEVELOPMENTOVERLAYDISTRICT, TIFFIN, IOWA,andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-066,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE PRELIMINARYPLATANDSITEPLANFORCENTRALPARKCONDOMINIUMSAS APLANNEDDEVELOPMENTOVERLAYDISTRICT,TIFFIN,IOWA,tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto.
