RESOLUTION NO. 2017-061 A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE EASEMENT LOCATED AT 460 ROBERTS FERRY ROAD Whereas, The City recognizes that with the completion of the Roberts Ferry Road Reconstruction Project that it will no longer need the water easement located on the property of 460 Roberts Ferry Road, and; Whereas, the City Council recognizes the fact that it will need to have a public hearing to vacate such easement as part of the process; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the date of public hearing to vacate easement located at 460 Roberts Ferry Road for September 5, 2017. On the 15th day of August, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, and Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2017-061, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE EASEMENT LOCATED AT 460 ROBERTS FERRY ROAD and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2017-061, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE EASEMENT LOCATED AT 460 ROBERTS FERRY ROAD to be adopted and signedified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
