The City Council investigated and found that notice oftheintention oftheCouncil to conduct apublic hearing ontheurban renewal plan amendment hadbeen published according to lawandasdirected bytheCouncil andthat thisisthetime andplace atwhich theCouncil shall receive oral orwritten objections from anyresident orproperty owner oftheCity.
