The Mayor presided and therollbeing called thefollowing members ofthe Council were present andabsent: Present: JoKahler, AlHavens, Peggy Upton. Absent: Mike Ryan, JimBartels. The City Council investigated and found that notice oftheintention oftheCouncil to conduct apublic hearing onthedesignation ofanurban renewal area andonaproposed urban renewal plan amendment had been published according tolawand asdirected bythe Council andthat thisisthetime andplace atwhich theCouncil shall receive oral orwritten objections from anyresident orproperty owner oftheCity. Allwritten objections, statements, andevidence heretofore filed were reported totheCity Council, and alloral objections, statements, andall other exhibits presented were considered. The following named persons presented oralobjections, statements, orevidence as summarized below; filed written objections orstatements, copies ofwhich areattached hereto; or presented other exhibits, copies ofwhich areattached hereto: Noonepresent and nothing received atCity Hall.
