Motion seconded byCouncilperson Kahler. Ayes: Bartels, Havens, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: Upton, Ryan. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-052,ARESOLUTIONTOSETTHEDATE OFPUBLICHEARINGTOREZONEPARKPLACE PARTFOURFROMR-1ETOR- 1CINTHECITYOFTIFFIN,IOWAtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthe same byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe20 dayofJune, 2017.
