Motion seconded byCouncilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-051,ARESOLUTIONTOAWARDBIDFOR THECLEARCREEKCOMMERCEPARKIMPROVEMENTS VILLAGEDRIVE EXTENSIONPROJECTtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame by affixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe27day ofJune, 2017.
