TheC Agreement anddonowapprove theAgreement asprinted andauthorize theMayor and CityAdministrator/Clerk toenter intoanagreement withPark Place Parts One &Two tofullyexecute therevised document. th Onthe5dayofSeptember, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson RyanintroducedRESOLUTIONNO.2017-043,ARESOLUTION AUTHORIZINGTHEENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHPARKPLACEPARTS ONE & andmade a motion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2017-043,ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHE ENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHPARKPLACEPARTSONE &TWOOF tobeadopted andsignified his approval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe5 dayofSeptember, 2017.
