Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Bartels, Havens, Ryan. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-040,ARESOLUTIONSETTINGTHEDATE FORAPUBLICHEARINGFORTHESALEANDCONVEYANCEOFREALESTATE TOTHEIOWADEPARTMENTOFTRANSPORTATION FORTHEWIDENINGOF INTERSTATEI- 380tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his signature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofJune, 2017.
