RESOLUTION NO. 2017-031 A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOTS 6-9 PRAIRIE WEST FROM C-1O TO C-1B IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing to Rezone Lots 6-9 Prairie West from C-1O to C-1B in the City of Tiffin, Iowa. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the date for the Public Hearing is set for June 6, 2017, to discuss the Rezoning of Lots 6-9 Prairie West from C-1O to C-1B. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning at its May 3, 2017 meeting. On the 16th day of May, 2017, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2017-031, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOTS 6-9 PRAIRIE WEST FROM C-1O TO C-1B IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2017-031, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE LOTS 6-9 PRAIRIE WEST FROM C-1O TO C-1B IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
