RESOLUTION NO. 2017-027 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2016-2017 BUDGET AMENDMENT Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a budget amendment to update the necessary revenues and expenses that have transpired in FY 2016-2017 that were not originally planned; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date for June 6, 2017, for the Budget Amendment. On the 2nd day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2017-027, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2016-2017 BUDGET AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Mike Ryan, Jo Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2017-027, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2016-2017 BUDGET AMENDMENT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
