DocuSign Envelope ID: 4E33D90C- FACC- 4271- 8A06- 1E601677BE08 RESOLUTION NO. 2017- 023 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STORM WATER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLEAR CREEK AMANA SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF TIFFIN Whereas, the City of Tiffin recognizes current and future improvements to North Park Road; and, Whereas, those improvements may require certain easements to be obtained from property owners and other entities along North Park Road; and, Whereas, the attached easement with the Clear Creek Amana School District has been recognized and approved by the School Board at their April 12, 2017 meeting. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to approve the Storm Water and Drainage Easement Agreement. 18th On the day of April, 2017, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2017- 023, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STORM WATER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLEAR CREEK AMANA SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF TIFFIN and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2017- 023, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STORM WATER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLEAR CREEK AMANA SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF TIFFIN to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 18th Passed by the City Council on the day of April, 2017.
