The meeting was called toorder bytheMayor, and therollwas called showing the following Council Members present and absent: Present: Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Upton, Bartels Absent: None. This being thetime andplace specified for holding apublic hearing andtaking action on theproposal toenter into aSewer Revenue Loan andDisbursement Agreement, the CityClerk announced that nowritten objections hadbeen placed onfile. Whereupon, theMayor called for any written ororal objections, and there being none, theMayor declared thepublic hearing closed. After dueconsideration anddiscussion, Council Member Ryan introduced thefollowing resolution andmoved itsadoption, seconded byCouncil Member Kahler. The Mayor putthe question upon theadoption ofsaid resolution, and theroll being called, thefollowing Council Members voted: Ayes: Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Upton, Bartels Nays: None.
