Motion seconded byCouncilperson Upton. Ayes: Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Upton, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-012,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE CITYOFTIFFINFISCALYEAR2017-2018ANNUALBUDGETtobeadopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe7dayofMarch, 2017.
