Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present and voted approval, Mayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-004,ARESOLUTIONNAMING POLICYtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe17 dayofJanuary, 2017.
