ThePlanning & Zoning Commission willconsider this ordinance atitsJanuary 4,2017meeting. rd Onthe3dayofJanuary, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2017-002,ARESOLUTION TOSETTHEDATEOFPUBLICHEARINGFORLANDSCAPINGANDTREE STANDARDSORDINANCE andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-002,ARESOLUTIONTOSETTHEDATE OFPUBLICHEARINGFORLANDSCAPINGANDTREESTANDARDSORDINANCE tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. rd Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe3dayofJanuary, 2017.
