date forthePublic Hearing issetforJanuary 17,2017, todiscuss theRezoning of
Parcel B Park Place. ThePlanning & Zoning Commission willreconsider thisissue at
itsJanuary 4,2017meeting.

Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2017-001,ARESOLUTION
TOSETTHEDATEOFPUBLICHEARINGTOREZONEPARCELB PARKPLACE
INTHECITYOFTIFFIN,IOWAandmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner
declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-001,ARESOLUTIONTOSETTHEDATE
OFPUBLICHEARINGTOREZONEPARCELB PARKPLACEINTHECITYOF
TIFFIN,IOWAtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his
signature thereto.
